Right click on the far left Windows icon in the Taskbar > select Command Prompt (Admin).

First of thanks for replying.
That solution has not helped.
What happens is thst when I follow your instructions. In a few seconds information technology shows user acces controll asking for whst to practice.
So I volition allow the activity to be executed then in a flash it closes the cmdm prompt amd thats information technology.

This is what is recommended for corrupted file, but you say you can non run command.
Refresh would be the starting time place you can start.
Each Method/step below progresses to the next if the starting time does not fix any corrupted files that are constitute, etc.

Read this Department there in conjunction with the remainder of the information they give in above link.
Note
If SFC could not fix something, then run the command again to see if it may be able to the side by side time. Sometimes it may take running the sfc /scannow control 3 times restarting the PC after each time to completely prepare everything that it'southward able to.

Restart the PC later on, and attempt the sfc /scannow command again.
If still not, and then try using Selection ONE in a higher place to run the sfc /scannow command at boot
If still not, and then y'all could exercise a refresh of Windows eight, or run a Organization Restore using a restore point dated before the bad file occured to set it. You may need to repeat doing a System Restore until you find a older restore point that may piece of work.
If still not, then you can use the steps in the TIP box in the OPTION THREE section to manually replace the files that SFC could not set.

Refreshing your PC goes like this:
- The PC boots into Windows RE ( R ecovery Due east nvironment).
